Wonderful staff and very caring but i'm concern of a crown thats in process. The first plastic covering came off and it was uncomfortable wearing the flipper. Had the second one re glued. The second crown came off in less than a week, I did'nt bother coming in ., so i'm having my patience with it until I return on Monday 4/22/24. With this being said with the amount of money that I'm paying for this crown and getting it done on Monday the question is Is this worth getting it done keeping in consideration that the other temporary one have fallen off twice. Im concern

I'd like to say I love this dental office. I seek to support black businesses and employers/entrepreneurs as much as possible. Dr. Dorsey isn't only a African American Dentist but she give great customer service and she's very patient.She probably doesn't know that I've had a real dental phobia for as long as I can remember. But she's always made me feel comfortable and safe and with all of the issues I've had with my teeth, (I'm sure I drive her crazy, lol) she does her best to assure that it's resolved and that I'm comfortable.

I called over 10 places to make a appointment for this dentist then I search on google for a dentist close by you guys popped up made a call Monday and was able to be seen Wednesday looked at the reviews all great comments I was nervous at 1st but soon as I walked in I was welcomed and felt loved Ms. hope was amazing communicating with me the whole time she was lovely also Mr. Richard Carroccia was amazing very welcoming he made me feel so much better about my teeth will be back very soon and I do recommend

Front office staff welcoming. Was seated in the dental chair exactly at my 9 AM appointment time. Received a thorough (and gentle!) cleaning from Patti. Dr Carroccia is a wonderful dentist. He explains his diagnosis clearly and offers solutions. Highly recommended practice for your dentistry needs.
